Job Responsibilities ( What You'll Do)
As a phlebotomist at SecondMedic, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate diagnostics and exceptional patient care.
- Perform blood draws and sample collections with precision and compassion.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of samples, including Vacutainer collection and centrifuging when required.
- Use the BTech app to log sample details, upload photos/selfies, and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols, medical guidelines, and waste management standards.
- Upsell additional services to clients for exciting incentive opportunities.

- Qualification: DMLT/MLT certification or equivalent experience in phlebotomy.
- Experience: Hands-on expertise in Vacutainer sample collection and centrifuging processes.
