all-scab soap is an antiparasitic medication helpful in treating scabies, a condition where mites infest and irritate the skin. this medicine works by killing the mites and their eggs. the skin should be clean, dry and cool before using it. how to use the soap will be explained by the doctor. read the instructions which come along with the soap. a complete body wash is needed after 8-14 hours of application.

it is usually used once for the treatment, but wait for at least seven days if a second application is needed. itching might last for few weeks after treatment of scabies. this is a reaction to dead mites but not a sign of treatment failure.

the most common side effects include mild burning, stinging, or tingling at the application site. these side effects are usually minor and not severe, but inform the doctor if they do not subside.
