Apel 1.5mg Oral Drops is usually given to children to treat a wide range of allergic symptoms like watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, hives (skin rash), and itching. It also helps stimulate appetite (hunger) in children who are dealing with chronic illnesses.

Give this medicine to your child by mouth with or without food in the dose, time, and way prescribed by your child’s doctor. Give this medicine at a fixed time so that it gradually becomes a part of your child’s daily routine. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, give the same dose again. But refrain from doing so if it is already time for the next dose.

Inform your child’s doctor if your child is on any medical regime or is allergic to any medicine, product, or food. Also, inform the doctor if your child has or had any heart, liver, or kidney problems. It is also important to let your doctor know if your child is born premature or newborn.
