This medication's most common side effect is bleeding (more than the normal), for example, having nosebleeds or bruising. Few other side effects are low blood pressure, nausea and skin. Don't quit the medication or neither changes the dose without consultation from your doctor, as it may increase the risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or thrombosis (formation of a blood clot within a blood vessel) to reduce the risk of having a blood clot adopt specific lifestyle changes such as the prohibition of smoking, eating a healthy diet, regular exercise, and losing weight if you are obese.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any severe liver or kidney problems or currently bleeding.
