Shake the bottle well. Insert the spray tip into one nostril and close another nostril. Spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing two sides of the nose. While spraying, breathe gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the similar process for another nostril also. You should take it regularly to get the full benefit. It usually takes few days for the spray to feel its effects. If you do not see any improvement in a week, then consult the doctor.
The most common side effects are nasal discomfort, burning, itching and headache. These side effects are usually minor and not serious but inform the doctor if they do not subside. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult the doctor immediately.
