By blocking the intestinal enzyme (alpha-glucosidase) and delaying the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates in the intestine, voglibose helps manage the quantity of glucose (sugars) in the blood. They all work together to keep blood sugar levels from skyrocketing after meals.
If you are allergic to Repaglinide or voglibose, or if you have any other allergies, tell your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Inactive chemicals in this product could cause allergic reactions or other complications. Volga R 0.2/1Mg Tablet 10S should not be stopped without visiting your doctor, even if you feel better. Sugar levels fluctuate. If you stop using Volga R 0.2/1Mg Tablet 10S suddenly, your blood sugar levels may rise, increasing your risk of vision loss (retinopathy), kidney problems (nephropathy), and nerve damage (neuropathy). If you have type 1 diabetes, severe kidney illness, or liver disease, you should not take Volga R 0.2/1Mg Tablet 10S. This drug should only be taken when clearly needed during pregnancy or lactation.
