Nusar tablet used alone or in combination with other medications. You are advised to take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Common side effects are dizziness, decreased blood pressure, hypoglycemia, increased potassium level in the blood, and increased blood urea. Dizziness may occur after your first dose, so get up slowly from a sitting or lying position. If the symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
