Description
PG NAC-SR is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. PG NAC-SR is a combination of two medicines which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and pain. However, it may lead to stomach upset or stomach ulcers. Misoprostol is a prostaglandin analogue which helps protect your stomach and prevents ulcers.
