It is a combination medicine that includes Cetirizine (an antiallergic) and Phenylephrine (a decongestant). It is used to treat allergy symptoms. It is used to treat sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and congestion due to allergies.

Cetirizine blocks the action of histamine, a chemical messenger responsible for allergy symptoms. Phenylephrine narrows blood vessels, providing temporary relief from nasal congestion.
