Relent is a combination of two drugs, cetirizine, and ambroxol, which help relieve coughs. cetirizine is an antiallergic medication that treats runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. ambroxol is an expectorant that thins and loosens mucus (sputum), making it easier to cough.
