Rosulip Gold is a hyperlipidemicclass of medication. rosuvastatin works by decreasing the bad cholesterol formation and increases the good cholesterol formation in the serum. cholesterol is of two types ldl and hdl. ldl is the bad cholesterol that narrows blood vessels and hdl is the good cholesterol that helps you remain healthy.
this medication is used for the prevention of heart attacks, acute coronary syndrome and stroke. the most common side effects are headache, nosebleeds, stomach bleeding, abdominal pain, muscle pain and diarrhoea. most of the side effects present for a shorter period. if you experience these for a longer duration consult your doctor. for effective treatment follow healthy lifestyle changes (like a low-fat diet, exercise and avoid smoking).
