Side Effects of Triplixam are Headache, Dizziness, Vertigo, Sleepiness, Altered vision, Decreased blood pressure, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Breathlessness, Cough, Weight loss, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Dryness in mouth, Indigestion.

Perindopril is a medicine used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. Its also prescribed after a heart attack. Perindopril helps to reduce the risk of future strokes and heart attacks. It also improves your survival if youre taking it following a heart attack or heart surgery.

Posology: One Perindopril arginine + Indapamide + Amlodipine (TRIPLIXAM) film-coated tablet per day as a single dose, preferably to be taken in the morning and before a meal.
